Do you have a problem with Facebook wanting to verify who you are via mobile phone sms? well here is a little trick that I discovered that will allow you to verify your account via a phone call, to say a payphone, as opposed to sms. Previously Facebook used to let you verify through phone calls, although lately they are requiring that you verify through text message, or sms. Well here is how I was able to get around that. First off you will want to login to your Facebook. Now it should look like this

once here enter a bogus number and click send code 5 times. After that it will lock you out saying you have requested to many codes. Wait a few hours for it to unlock the limitation (I actually waited overnight). Now you need to visit a site that allows you to sign-up through your Facebook profile like StumbleUpon.com. When you do that it will ask you to sign into your Facebook account, do so. Only now it will give you the option for text verification or call, select call and enter a payphone number or your friend’s number or anything of the sort. You will soon receive a call with a four digit code that you can punch in to unlock your Facebook account. If you find this blog post helpful please link back to it!
